Today's menu:
Ham, Fish Balls, Fried Egg & Noodles with Sausage chunks + Creamy Mushroom Sauce
That was my late lunch today. Hmm... the mushroom sauce seems not visible in the picture, I should have put more the next time. Anyway, the noodle is actually Maggie Mee... haha. It shows that I have not gone grocery shopping for quite a while... perhaps soon.Labels: Home Cooked Food |

Today's menu:
Fried Tempura Fillet, Baked Beans, Western Fried Rice, Fried Potatoes, Cabbages & Mushroom Potage soup.
Fish & Chips Rice eh? haha.. It's East meets West again, too fusion! The Fillet is too heavy for the rice to hold it up like ramp, plus I'm not experienced in making the mayonnaise wave... the ingredients in the soup have sunk, not visible in the picture... :( Never mind, a better try next time.
That's my wacky dinner for today... it's quite filling though.
