DESTINY GUNDAM (hidden prototype)

This unit is pretty much the same as the Destiny Gundam piloted by Shin Asuka. The only difference is that this unit is not armed with a beam rifle and a shield, it has a much darker color scheme as compared to the original Destiny Gundam, hence the nick Devil D (D for Destiny).
Zaft developed 2 units of Destiny Gundams, giving Shin Asuka the finished prototype while leaving this unfinished 2nd unit in the hanger. The pilot of this unit is unknown and we only get to see it for a brief moment in the Prologue of Gundam Seed Resurrection.
