Saw this interesting dessert(from a restaurant in Tokyo) while browsing dannychoo's blog some time ago, it caught my eyes instantly.
There is a scoop of ice cream on top of 4 slices of garlic bread but I can't really make out what is that at the bottom... judging from the small frying pan, my guess is that it is fried egg. If it is true, then indeed this is a very interesting dessert.
Anyone come across such a dessert in Singapore or in your own country?
