Today's menu:
Fried Tempura Fillet, Baked Beans, Western Fried Rice, Fried Potatoes, Cabbages & Mushroom Potage soup.
Fish & Chips Rice eh? haha.. It's East meets West again, too fusion! The Fillet is too heavy for the rice to hold it up like ramp, plus I'm not experienced in making the mayonnaise wave... the ingredients in the soup have sunk, not visible in the picture... :( Never mind, a better try next time.
That's my wacky dinner for today... it's quite filling though.
